Cluster resources

The COK cluster consists of an access node (cokmaster), 14 computing nodes and disk nodes. Below is a brief description of the different types of nodes:

Access node

master node (seen from outside as a cokmaster):
Dell PowerEdge R610
2 Intel Xeon 5650 (2.66GHz) processors 6 cores (12-thread)
24GB RAM
1TB of disk space

Compute nodes

nodes n1-n10 (diskless):
Dell PowerEdge R815
4 AMD Opteron 6174 (2.2GHz) processors 12 cores
192 GB RAM

node n11:
Dell PowerEdge R815
4 AMD Opteron 6174 (2.2GHz) processors 12 cores
256 GB RAM
820GB of disk space (/mnt/workspace)

nodes n12-n13 (Michał Zieliński):
SuperMicro SuperServer 8017R-7TF +
