Physics Laboratory 1

One of teaching labs located at the Institute of Physics NCU intended for introductory laboratory exercises in physics.  Students conduct relatively simple experiments allowing observation of physical phenomena and measurements of basic quantities relevant for their model description. Subsequently, they carry out appropriate data analysis, which enables practical training in use of selected methods and tools of scientific work. One of main goals, aside the development of operational skills, is extension and firming up  the knowledge of fundamentals of mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity, magnetism and optics.  Lab pages ⇒
